Refund policy
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us via our Contact Form (for quickest response) or email us at info@acmearchivesdirect.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once a return has been approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the artwork back as well as a 15% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via the Contact Form immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Original production artwork (animation cels, drawings and storyboards) are non-returnable. Original production artwork has been used in production and may have small scratches on cels or slight creases in drawings, storyboards may also have creases and tape/post-its on them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
